Gensonic
Stencil Cleaning

The award winning Gensonic Stencil Cleaning system is the definitive stencil cleaning system. Using a 40kHz on-contact ultrasonic transducer for high efficiency cleaning of stencil apertures, It can be used either in conjunction with our Stencil Cleaning Centre’s or portable enough to be taken directly to the printer.

Screen printed solder pastes tend to compact and trap particles into aperture corners and Lead Free solder pastes, that are less dense, tend to demonstrate this tendency even more.

To clean effectively requires both cleaning chemistry and mechanical agitation. Direct Ultrasonic Contact cleaning is the ultimate way to clean SMT stencils. Employing a 40kHz ultrasonic generator, the single transducer head cleans with great efficiency even in tougher applications such as partially set glues.

Can you afford just 1 partial or totally blocked stencil aperture?

Accessories

Gen3 offer a variety of additional accessories to accompany the Gensonic Stencil Cleaning system.

Whether you are looking to clean Stencils of 24 inches (up to 584mm x 584mm) or 29 inches (up to 740mm x 740mm), we offer a complete Stencil Cleaning Centre (SCC) solution to work with your Gensonic system. The SCC's are specially designed to house the Gensonic machine above the cleaning area, on the rear-mounted shelf. The 2-part split design allows the user to easily install the cleaning paper and stencil, which is then secured in place during the cleaning cycle.

To aid with the removal of Solder Pastes and Adhesive Residues, be sure to use some Gen3 Screen & Stencil Cleaner. In the form of a bottle-spray or hand-wipe, the cleaning substance helps with the breakdown of residues that block stencil apertures as well as helping to polish the original stencil for future use.
