Gensonic Stencil Cleaner Named Best European Product 2013 during Productronica

FARNBOROUGH, UK ― November 2013 ― Gen3 Systems Limited, a specialist British manufacturer and distributor, today announced it’s winning a 2013 Global Technology Award in the category of ‘Best European Product’ for its Gensonic Stencil Cleaning System. The award was presented to GEN3 at Productronica 2013 in Munich, Germany.

The Gensonic Stencil Cleaning system uses a 40kHz direct on-contact ultrasonic transducer for optimised cleaning of stencil apertures.

Adhesive residues can be easily and effectively removed from laser cut stencils, and misprinted boards can be thoroughly and repeatedly cleaned with the Gensonic. Additionally, stencil cleaning using Gensonic typically demands less than 50ml of cleaning solution per stencil, thereby reducing environmental impact and cost.

The Gensonic is portable enough to be taken directly to the printer thereby greatly reducing production downtime and printer resetting. Alternatively it can be used with the Gensonic Stencil Cleaning Centre’s.
