DC 3000

The DC3000 Series of in-line dip coating and curing systems are designed for the automatic application of conformal coating onto printed circuit assemblies at high production volumes of 350-700 units per hour. Each machine is "custom built" to order by Gen3 Systems, and capable of handling any type of conformal coating material including both new water-based and traditional UV curable formulations.

The DC3000 Series is available in one of two base versions: The DC3000 is based on a continuous running conveyor (for low capital cost and moderate coating consumption); while the DC3005 uses an indexing conveyor (higher capital cost but low coating consumption).

Indeed, the DC3005 system typically reduces coating consumption by more than 30 percent compared to continuous running conveyor systems.

All DC3000 Series machines are specifically designed to handle highly flammable coating materials and incorporate all of the intrinsic safety features demanded for Health & Safety compliance.
