Coating Rework CR7000
The CR7000 Conformal Coating Removal or Stripping System has been secifically designed to work with all types of stripping chemistries used in removing Acrylics, Urethanes, even Epoxies and Silicones.
The system comprises 3 electro-polished stainless-steel tanks mounted into an extruded aluminium and steel frame, and designed to minimise spillage within the process area. Tanks 1 and 2 are filled with selected Stripping material, according to the type of Conformal Coating to be removed, and tank 3 is filled with either de-ironised water or isopropanol (IPA) for final rinsing.
