UV Inspection: All true Conformal Coatings employ a fluorescent tracer that is intended only as an inspection aid during production. Our UV Booth and Mantis UV optical inspection systems are purpose built to aid the inspection criteria defined in IPC-A-610.
Dispensing: The G3 Series are able to dispense any liquid, paste or gel material accurately and efficiently even if the parts are skewed or misorientated on the work platform.
Drying Cabinets: Specially built to aid in the drying of conformal coatings and to remove solvent fumes.
