Arthur Naisbitt, Chairman
The first generation founder of the business and our company Chairman, Arthur Naisbitt, served in both the British Royal Navy and British Royal Artillery before entering the commercial world in 1948. From a background in the mining industry, Arthur Naisbitt started his own company in 1969 in heavy engineering and retired for the first time in 1985. He went on to help build Concoat before retiring for a second time in 2005. He continues to monitor and guide Gen3 Systems, his third venture, to this day and looks forward to having his grandson's take over.
Graham Naisbitt, Managing Director
Gen3 Systems’ Managing Director Graham Naisbitt worked for multi-national companies in heavy engineering before returning to the family business, Concoat, in 1985 and guiding it through to its sale in 2005. Graham is a member of the International Electrotechnical Commission TC91, and serves on many IPC committees. He is also a member of the UK Industrial Advisory Group and is Vice-Chairman of the British SMART Group trade association.
Nicholas Redgrave-Plumb, Business Development Manager 
Nick Plumb (as he prefers to be called) is the Business Development Manager for Gen3 Systems and is responsible for maintaining the commercial fitness of the company. For almost 25 years, Nick's career has focussed on the provision of process equipment to the UK electronics assembly and semi-conductor fabrication companies. Qualified as an electro-mechanical engineer, Nick's career has developed from the ground up within the industry. Starting with an apprenticeship on the work-bench, Nick moved through various field service and product support roles, and eventually into senior field sales management and business development.
Brian Wardhaugh, Engineering Manager
Brian Wardhaugh is Gen3 Systems' Engineering Manager. He is a qualified electronics engineer who has gained experience in all aspects of manufacturing. He has worked his way up to senior management within both UK and US scientific instrumentation companies, and is currently responsible for all of Gen3 Systems' manufacturing and engineering operations.
